Understanding Personalisation
A research project was developed in response to concerns about the impact the personalisation agenda will have on frontline third sector organisations (TSOs) and how Local Infrastructure Organisations could support their members through the period of transition.
The research was undertaken by the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR) at Sheffield Hallam University in collaboration with Voluntary Action Sheffield, Voluntary Action Rotherham, Voluntary Action Barnsley and Doncaster CVS; it looked at the challenges and opportunities presented by the personalisation agenda for third sector infrastructure organisations and their work with organisations on the frontline. The report makes a number of recommendations for third sector infrastructure organisations which will enable front line organisations to be able to respond to the new agenda in a meaningful way.
