This workshop runs from 9:30am to 4:00pm.
From gathering and assessing evidence, to presenting the findings, arriving at an outcome, and managing that outcome. The principles of a fair procedure, assessing relevant and irrelevant evidence, the standard of proof that is required, and coping with unexpected problems during the investigation process - including the reluctant witness
