Selling Added Value!
Selling Added Value is a social accounting tool that uses the principles of Social Return on Investment (SROI) to measure and quantify the real impact that your organisation is achieving.
This 1 day Workshop will provide all the background you will need to start measuring your added value.
The day will be a practical learning opportunity with useful tips including:
- Understanding the aims of Selling Added Value
- Introducing Social Return on Investment (SROI) - why use it?
- Scoping the measurement of your organisation’s added value - how far do you want to go?
- Exploring Procurement opportunities - where can we sell added value?
- Developing an impact map - examples and then do it !
