This course runs from 9.30am to 3.30/4.00pm.
The course runs 1 day a week for 5 weeks on the following dates: 15th, 22nd, 29th Sept & 6th & 13th October 2010.
The programme has three mandatory units and includes problem solving, decision making, exploring leadership styles and developing and motivating teams. The teaching will be delivered over 6 weeks x 1 day per week. The learning is assessed through a mix of work-related activity and reflective reviews.
This programme is part funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund and is co-financed by the Learning and Skills Council and Yorkshire Forward.
Third sector organisations who employ at least 1 member of staff may qualify for the 60% discount.
Open to South Yorkshire organisations only.
