Identities will be hosting a leadership weekend at the Base, Marshgate with Alexandra Pope, the pioneer of a new approach to women’s psychological and spiritual development based on the power of the cycle.
During the programme you can learn about:
- a new model of leadership that is based on cyclical awareness
- how that model is encoded in your body as a woman in the menstrual cycle and in the developmental journey from menarche to menopause
- how your menstrual cycle initiates you into the power of the Feminine and connects you to the world
- the different creative/power phases of the menstrual cycle and how to leverage this inner intelligence for realising your goals
- the dynamic of menopause, and how to let yourself be transformed by this passage
- how to live a more sustainable and productive life by relishing your own rhythms for creativity, activity and rest,
- the vital role of the critic (both inner and outer) in crafting discernment and wisdom
- the power of vulnerability
- the importance of holding tension for the new emergent possibilities to reveal themselves and the high art of timing.
Who is this work for?
Women who:
- are interested in the process of healing and change
- have a dream or goal you’d like to realise
- need support to sustain your vision or calling.
