Alan is currently Chief Executive of North Doncaster Development Trust (NDDT) and has over 16 years experience in the community and regeneration arena. Before moving to NDDT, Alan worked as a Community Development coordinator on the South Elmsall, South Kirkby and Upton SRB programme, and then subsequently as the Yorkshire Regional Manager for the Coal Industry Social Welfare Organisation (CISWO).
