Statutory Holiday Entitlements

Every employer knows that their workers are entitled to holidays, but how many are they entitled to and when can they take them?

Holidays can be very simple but can quickly turn complicated when part-time work, ad hoc workers, pro rata and self-employment issues, working time regulations etc come into play.
 
Within the Human Resources advice service at Doncaster CVS we know that this simple statutory allowance can turn into a mathematical nightmare. We can help to provide you with the tools and know how to work out what each individual employee's holiday entitlements are.

If you aren't giving an employees their correct holiday entitlement your organisation could be taken to a tribunal.  This could be very costly as you may have to pay back all these holidays.
