End the Care Crisis - National Lobby Day
A national lobby day (day of action) is being held on Tuesday 6th March 2012 in Westminster. Alzheimer's Society, as part of the Care and Support Alliance, is encouraging people with dementia, their carers and family members to contact their MP directly to share their experiences of the care system.

Get Doncaster Walking Festival 2012
160 residents turned out to enjoy the first walk of the 2012 Get Doncaster Walking Festival and take the first steps towards a healthy year. A number of walks will also take place in February and March to support local cancer charity Aurora and local voluntary youth organisations.

Time to Change Grants
Time to Change is England's biggest ever attempt to end the stigma and discrimination that faces people with mental health problems. The Time to Change grants fund will distribute £2.7 million to approximately 75 projects across England from April 2012 to March 2015.
