Third Sector Networks
Doncaster CVS facilitates a number of networks focussing around different themes, bringing together like-minded organisations and offering an opportunity for people to share knowledge. Any third sector organisation is welcome, and encouraged, to join these networks.
The networks that Doncaster CVS currently supports are detailed below:
Doncaster Community Empowerment Network (CEN)

Doncaster CEN aims to provide the sector with a voice and influence over policy decisions, offering local organisations the opportunity to have their say on issues ranging from children's services to tackling crime and disorder.
As well as receiving information on local and national policies and initiatives, and taking part in consultations, CEN members also elect third sector representation on the Local Strategic Partnership.
You can read the CEN representatives' reports and find out more about Doncaster Together partnership, the Borough Strategy and Doncaster's Local Area Agreement in our representation section. In addition you can find out more about important local consultations and policy developments that CEN members have been involved in, including the proposed new Community Engagement Strategy and our LAA priority, NI7 "Environment for a Thriving Third Sector", in the CEN section of our website.

Doncaster Community and Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP)
Doncaster Community and Social Enterprise Partnership (CSEP) is a network which focuses around third sector organisations that undertake enterprising (revenue generating) activity to support their organisation, offering an opportunity to share news, information and good practice.
To find out more about Doncaster CSEP, why not watch the film that was produced for the Social Enterprise Showcase 2010 event, held at the Dome on March 16th. It highlights some Doncaster based social enterprises that have won awards over the last couple of years
