South Yorkshire HR Service

Doncaster CVS is part of the South Yorkshire Human Resources (HR) Services Network which provides information, advice and training on employment matters to Third sector organisations within Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

It is funded through the Big Lottery – BASIS programme.

What We Do

Many organisations in the third sector employ members of staff as it can offer excellent opportunities for sustainable growth and development of services.

Whilst employing paid members of staff can be an important factor on the road to success, it can also be a legal minefield. It is vitally important that all employers are aware of relevant changes to employment legislation and able to incorporate those changes into organisational policies, procedures and working practices.

Doncaster CVS is part of the South Yorkshire HR Services Network. As we work in the sector, we understand the needs of community groups, voluntary organisations, social enterprises and others in the sector.
