This course will start with a brief refresher on the theory of Full Cost Recovery and the model introduced in Part 1 of this course. It will then introduce some of the politics and other challenges facing groups as they attempt to recover their full costs. This course will introduce an analysis and pricing model that can help you think strategically about your services and manage their capacity.
