The Doncaster Together Partnership and Third Sector Representation
The Doncaster Together Partnership is made up of a wide range of organisations in Doncaster. The partnership is led by the Doncaster Together Board and has 5 theme boards: Enterprising Doncaster, Healthier Doncaster, Safer Doncaster, Stronger & Sustainable Doncaster and Doncaster Children's Trust.
The third sector in Doncaster is represented on the Doncaster Together partnership through the Community Empowerment Network (CEN). The network elects two representatives from the sector to sit on each of the five Doncaster Together Theme Boards and one representative to sit on the main Doncaster Together Board. Their role is to advocate and articulate the views of the sector during discussion within partnership meetings and to take part in the decision making process. Each representative agrees to follow the CEN code of conduct.
The representatives provide feedback and updates to the wider network through network meetings and meeting reports.
