TUPE Legal Advice Sessions for Community & Voluntary Groups - Thursday 12th May and Thursday 19th May 2011!!

Doncaster CVS is pleased to announce specialist support and advice in the complex area of TUPE for all those affected in the sector in the current climate. Sessions will be held at Doncaster CVS, 5/6 Trafford Court on:
- Thursday 12th May 2011
- Thursday 19th May 2011
There will be 3 sessions on each day and each session will last an hour at a greatly reduced rate of £50 as this has been subsidised by the South Yorkshire HR Services and Big Lottery BASIS funding. These sessions will be led by Jane Waring, Solicitor from Waring Associates LLP.
Waring Associates LLP Solicitors are specialists in providing services to the voluntary sector. In partnership with Doncaster CVS they are working together to support the sector in all aspects of TUPE (transfer of Undertaking Protection of Employees) during this difficult time to organisations who are currently affected.
